Samsung has officially launched its new mid-range smartphones, the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57, in Pakistan. Both devices come with notable upgrades in design, performance, camera, and software.


Design and Display


Both phones feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, offering a smoother scrolling and gaming experience.


The Galaxy A57 comes with a slim 6.9mm metal frame and an IP68 rating, making it resistant to water and dust.


Battery


Both devices are equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging, allowing the phone to charge up to 60% in approximately 30 minutes.

Galaxy A37 (8GB RAM, 256GB storage): Rs. 149,999


Galaxy A57 (8GB RAM, 256GB storage): Rs. 166,999


Galaxy A57 (12GB RAM, 256/512GB storage): Rs. 184,099


Camera Features


Both smartphones include a 50MP main camera for improved night photography.


On the front, there is a 12MP selfie camera. The A57 features a 12MP ultra-wide lens, while the A37 has an 8MP ultra-wide lens. Both devices also include a 5MP macro camera.


Performance and Software


The Galaxy A57 is powered by the Exynos 1680 processor built on 4nm technology, while the Galaxy A37 comes with the Exynos 1480 chipset.


Both phones run on One UI 8.5 (based on Android 16), and Samsung has promised up to 6 years of software updates.


The Galaxy A57 also includes advanced AI features such as Best Face, Auto Trim, Object Eraser, and Voice Transcription.
