Shehbaz Sharif has departed for Pakistan from Antalya after completing his three-nation visit to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Türkiye.
At Antalya Airport, the Prime Minister and the Pakistani delegation were seen off by Turkish officials, including Director General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Tolga Bermek, Ambassador Nilufer Kaygisiz, Member of the Turkish Parliament Burhan Kayaturk, and Pakistan’s Ambassador to Turkey Dr. Yousaf Junaid.
The Prime Minister’s visit included tours of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Türkiye, where he held meetings with the leadership of these friendly countries. He also met other global leaders while attending the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
During the visits, the Prime Minister discussed strengthening bilateral relations, Pakistan’s efforts for regional peace, and exchanged views on regional and global developments.
In addition, the visit reportedly focused on boosting economic cooperation, attracting foreign investment, and expanding collaboration in energy, trade, and infrastructure sectors.
The visit is being viewed as part of Pakistan’s broader diplomatic outreach to strengthen relations with key regional partners and improve economic prospects.
The Pakistani delegation included Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, Special Assistant Syed Tariq Fatemi, and the Prime Minister’s Coordinator for Foreign Media Musharraf Zaidi.
