Islamabad: The Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Turkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, and Egypt’s Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdelatty will visit Islamabad from March 29 to 30, 2026.

According to the spokesperson of the Foreign Office, a phase of significant diplomatic activity is set to begin in Pakistan. During the visit, detailed consultations will be held with the three foreign ministers on key regional and global issues, with efforts to reduce tensions in the region at the top of the agenda.

The visiting dignitaries will also meet Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, where matters of mutual interest and the promotion of bilateral relations will be discussed.

The spokesperson added that Pakistan places great importance on its brotherly relations with Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Egypt. The visit is expected to further strengthen cooperation and coordination across various sectors. It comes at a time when, given the challenges facing the region, diplomatic engagement and consultations have become even more important.

According to sources, a four-nation meeting will be held in Islamabad on March 30. The foreign ministers of Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt will participate, while Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar will chair the session.

The meeting is being held in the context of ongoing regional tensions, with the objective of making diplomatic efforts to ease tensions between Iran and the United States.

Sources further stated that Pakistan is playing an important role as a mediator and facilitator in this process. The aim of these negotiations is to promote peace, stability, and reduce the risk of conflict in the region.
