On the Pak-Afghan border in the Wali Khan Sector, Pakistan Army forces responded to what security sources described as unprovoked aggression by Afghan Taliban elements with a strong counteraction.

According to security officials, several key defensive posts on the opposing side were completely destroyed during the exchange, resulting in significant reported losses. The response came after attempts were allegedly made to target Pakistani check posts, prompting what was described as an immediate and effective countermeasure.

Under “Operation Ghazab-Lil-Haq,” Pakistani artillery units and sharpshooters reportedly targeted hostile positions with precision. As a result, multiple bunkers and military posts were said to have been damaged or reduced to rubble.

Security sources reiterated that there will be no compromise on border security. They stated that operational readiness remains high in the Wali Khan Sector and emphasized that any future aggression would be met with a firm response to safeguard Pakistan’s territorial integrity.
