Saba Qamar reaction to Javeria Abassi

Pakistani actress Saba Qamar has responded to criticism from Javeria Abbasi. She recently became the subject of controversy when she said “Astaghfirullah” while talking about moving to Karachi.

It is worth noting that Saba Qamar lives in Islamabad and is satisfied with her decision.

Reacting to her statement, Karachi-based actress Javeria Abbasi said that one should respect the city that gave them fame. She also expressed disapproval of Saba’s tone.

Clarifying her statement on Instagram, Saba Qamar said that saying “Astaghfirullah” was a way of seeking forgiveness from Allah and that people were misunderstanding her words. She added that everyone had the right to express their opinion. “Freedom of expression is important, and no one should refrain from speaking out due to fear or pressure.”, she said.

On social media, mixed reactions are emerging regarding the matter. One user wrote that people should leave Saba alone and that a minor issue is being exaggerated.

Another user commented that Saba should also stop responding to every remark, as some people speak only to gain views, while several others expressed support for Saba’s stance.
