Colombo: Pakistan’s blind women’s cricket team, in the Blind Women’s T20 World Cup 2025, secured a convincing nine-wicket win in their final league match against United States (US).
Batting first, the US blind women’s cricket team posted 94 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Abby Fenkle contributed 31 runs, while Taryana Talwar added 19 runs. For Pakistan, Nimra Rafiq took one wicket.

Chasing the target, Pakistan achieved the total in just 8.5 overs, losing only one wicket. Ramsha Shabbir scored 34 runs, Nimra Rafiq added 25, and Noor Fatima contributed 17 runs.
With this victory, Pakistan finished the league stage with 6 points, securing third place on the points table. In the first semi-final of the Blind Women’s Cricket World Cup on November 22, India will face Australia. Pakistan will play against Nepal in the other semi-final on the same day.
