Dana White has issued a lifetime ban on Dillon Danis from all UFC events following a violent cageside altercation at UFC 322.
The incident took place on Saturday night, November 15, 2025, at Madison Square Garden, just moments before the main card was set to start. Danis clashed with members of Islam Makhachev’s team, including Abubakar Nurmagomedov and Magomed Zaynukov, sparking chaos around the arena.

Footage from the scene shows Danis throwing punches as barricades were damaged and objects flew, leaving nearby spectators stunned. Security quickly intervened, separating the fighters and escorting Danis from the venue.
UFC President Dana White confirmed the lifetime ban during the post-fight press conference, stating, “Dillon Danis will never be allowed at a UFC event again.”
White also acknowledged his own role in the situation, noting that Danis had a ticket but was warned against sitting in a section close to Makhachev’s team. “I take responsibility for allowing that to happen,” White said. “I didn’t anticipate that Makhachev’s entire team would be seated in the first five rows.”

White confirmed the promotion would not be pressing criminal charges but the ban is final. Danis’s hopes of ever fighting in the UFC are now over.
