ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting successfully organized the “Udaan Pakistan Family Festival” at F-9 Park, marking a vibrant celebration for citizens of the twin cities. The festival’s success reflects the guidance of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and the government’s people-centric policies.

The nation’s remarkable achievements in the arena of truth have lifted public morale, infusing the festival with extra energy and enthusiasm. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi played a key role in ensuring the event’s smooth execution, with the Ministry of Interior providing foolproof security arrangements.

District administrations and other agencies also contributed, ensuring the festival concluded safely and peacefully. On Sunday, the event drew large crowds of women, children, youth, and senior citizens, who enjoyed a fun-filled day in a safe and welcoming environment.

Before the festival began, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar visited F-9 Park to review arrangements. The minister inspected various stalls, stage areas, and family zones set up for entertainment and provided instructions to relevant authorities. He emphasized that creating healthy recreational opportunities for the public is a government priority and that such events promote social harmony.

The strong turnout despite security concerns demonstrated citizens’ determination to engage in positive activities and maintain normalcy in daily life.

The festival featured performances by renowned Pakistani singers including Atif Aslam, Farhan Saeed, Nimra Mehra, Jabar Abbas, and Zunair Zahid, which were widely appreciated by attendees. Hosting duties were handled by Shafaqat Ali and Sofia Ahmed, whose engaging presence added extra charm to the event.

The “Udaan Pakistan” Family Festival not only offered the residents of Islamabad and Rawalpindi exceptional entertainment but also sent a clear message that the public is committed to continuing positive national-level activities despite challenges.
