Senior politician and senator Rana Sanaullah was nominated as Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) parliamentary leader in senate, the private media channel reported on Thursday.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif nominated Rana Sanaullah as the parliamentary leader in the Senate.
Senator Ishaq Dar officially wrote about Rana’s nomination to the Chairman of the Senate, Yousaf Raza Gillani. Senator Irfan Siddiqui was previously serving as parliamentary leader in the Senate by PML-N.

Advisor to the Prime Minister, Senator Rana Sanaullah, made it clear that there is no possibility of negotiations with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) anymore.
He said that the situation created after the tweet of PTI founder Imran Khan seems to have become more complicated. The founder took the situation to a worse point.
He said that the Prime Minister had offered talks to the PTI, adding that they cannot withdraw the Prime Minister’s offer, nor have they withdrawn it.
Earlier, in his statement, Rana Sanaullah had once again invited the PTI to negotiations, saying that democracy progresses through dialogue, not deadlock.
He said that the offer of talks made by the Prime Minister to the PTI still exists today.
Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar has also said that the PTI has missed the opportunity for dialogue and there is now no room for negotiations with anyone with anarchic, terrorist, or extremist views.
