Following Daadullah’s instructions, Sajidullah obtained a suicide jacket from Akhun Baba graveyard in Peshawar and delivered it to Islamabad. On the day of the attack at the Judicial Complex, he fitted the jacket on Usman Qari.
The entire operation was directed and overseen by the TTP/FAK high command based in Afghanistan. Authorities confirmed that the cell, including its commander and three other members, has been apprehended. Investigations are ongoing, with more arrests and details expected in the coming days.
