As part of the ’Safe Punjab Campaign‘ underway in Punjab, the Traffic Police have launched a full-scale crackdown against drivers without a driver's license. According to a traffic police spokesman, more than 170,000 drivers were fined heavily for driving without a license in the first two weeks of the campaign.
