Benazir Income Support Programme beneficiaries may receive a major financial relief before Eid-ul-Adha, as the next installment is likely to be released from May 18, 2026.
According to details, the government has started preparations to release the upcoming BISP payment ahead of Eid-ul-Adha 2026 to support deserving families across the country.
Payments will only be made to families already registered and verified through the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) survey.
Officials said the amount will be distributed nationwide, but only eligible and verified female heads of households will receive payments. Strict verification and biometric authentication have been made mandatory to ensure transparency.
Eligibility Criteria
Families with a PMT score of 32 or below will qualify for the program, while households with disabled family members may be considered eligible up to a score of 37.
Payments will mainly be issued to women through CNICs verified by National Database and Registration Authority. Widows, divorced women, and women living separately will be given special priority.
Registration Process
Officials clarified that new registrations are not completed online but through the NSER survey. Citizens can register through BISP centers or survey teams.
Authorities also warned people not to pay money to any agent, as the registration process is completely free. For further information or complaints, citizens can contact the helpline 0800-26477 or visit BISP Official Website.
