Punjab govt digital reporting apps

Lahore : An app has been developed for reporting lost documents, and Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has officially launched it. Citizens will now be able to file reports from home.

Residents of Punjab can now register complaints for lost CNIC, passport, driving license, and other important documents without leaving their homes.

The Chief Minister inaugurated the Punjab Police Pakistan App, through which people across the province can easily report the loss of valuable documents.

There will no longer be a need to visit a police station or service center for such reports. After submitting the complaint through the app, the loss report will also be delivered to citizens at home.

The Chief Minister expressed satisfaction over the launch of the app and said that using modern technology to make life easier for people is the government’s commitment.

She added that putting Punjab on the path of innovation is a top priority, and this app will help save both time and resources for citizens.

The Punjab government under Maryam Nawaz is actively pursuing a broader digital transformation agenda, introducing innovative e-governance initiatives across multiple sectors.

From smart policing solutions to online public service delivery systems, these reforms aim to enhance transparency, reduce bureaucratic delays, and improve overall efficiency.

Officials say such projects are part of a long-term vision to build a modern, tech-driven Punjab that prioritizes citizen convenience and effective governance.
