The case registered at the police station Sadiqabad on Wednesday was heard at the Anti-Terrorism Court Rawalpindi, where Aleema Khan was to be formally charged in the case. However, on the absence of Aleema Khan, her alleged lawyers Faisal Malik and Hassanin Sanbal filed a request from the court for an exemption from her appearance for one day. Objections to an exemption request
Public Prosecutor Zaheer Shah, objecting to the exemption request, took the position that Faisal Malik and Hasnain Sanbal do not have Aleema Khan's advocacy and do not have the legal authority to represent them in court. He took the position that no one can advocate without an advocate under Section 22 of the Legal Practitioner and Bar Council Act, so this application is unacceptable and bogus. Court decision
The court acknowledged the prosecutor's objections and dismissed the petition filed without an advocate as inadmissible. Simultaneously, the court issued an arrest warrant for Aleema Khan's non-bailable arrest warrant and issued an order to indict the accused on October 11 at the next hearing.
