Early on 2 September, terrorists attacked the Federal Constabulary Headquarters in Bannu. The attackers were Khawarij linked to the Indian proxy Fitna al Khawarij.

Indian proxy Fitna al Khawarij attacked the Federal Constabulary Headquarters in Bannu. The attackers attempted to breach the facility’s perimeter, but their plans were quickly foiled by the alert and courageous response of Pakistan’s security forces, the ISPR reported.

In the attack, the terrorists rammed an explosive-laden vehicle into the perimeter wall. The explosion partially knocked the wall down and destroyed the civilian infrastructure surrounding it, injuring three individuals.

Our men shot back accurately and killed all five assailants. Unfortunately, the firefight resulted in the deaths of six Federal Constabulary and Pak Army soldiers.

The ISPR explained that the clearance operations in the region are still in progress, and those who committed this heinous crime will face justice.

Pakistan’s security forces, standing alongside the nation, remain determined to eliminate Indian-sponsored terrorism. The sacrifices of our brave soldiers and affected civilians strengthen the country’s resolve to protect the nation.
