Web Desk: Actor, host and producer Azfar Ali has publicly revealed that he married for the third time in October 2025, opening up about his arranged marriage and the relationship that led to his latest wedding.
Speaking on a private television program, Ali shared details about his personal life that he said he had not previously discussed in front of cameras.
The actor is known for television projects including “Sab Set Hai” and “Shah Rukh Ki Saaliyan,” while he has also hosted the popular “Azfar Mani Show.”
Ali said his latest marriage was arranged after his family encouraged him to consider settling down again.
According to the actor, his sisters repeatedly urged him to get married because he had shown little personal interest in pursuing another relationship.
Eventually, one of his sisters helped find a potential match. The woman, identified by Ali as Rida, was living in Dubai at the time and had been working as a head of human resources.
The pair began communicating and continued getting to know each other for around six months before deciding to marry.
Ali said he asked Rida to relocate to Pakistan before their marriage because he was unable to establish a permanent life in Dubai.
After their discussions over several months, the couple married in October 2025.
Ali described the arranged-marriage experience as a positive and beautiful chapter in his life and said he had deliberately kept the marriage private until now.
He added that this was the first time he had spoken publicly on camera about his third marriage.
Ali’s latest marriage follows two previous relationships.
His first marriage was to actress Salma Hassan, but the relationship eventually ended in separation.
He later married actress and host Naveen Naqvi, who gained recognition through the television drama “Humsafar.” That marriage also ended in divorce.
Reflecting on his past, Ali said 12 years had passed since his second divorce and that his experiences during that period had changed the way he viewed relationships.
Ali said maturity and life experience had altered his approach to marriage.
He explained that, unlike in the past, he no longer tries to impose his preferences on his partner. Instead, he now places greater emphasis on mutual understanding and respecting each other’s perspectives.
The actor also acknowledged that his career previously dominated much of his attention.
Now, however, he said he is trying to maintain a healthier balance between his professional commitments and his personal life.
Ali’s disclosure marks a rare public discussion of his private affairs and offers a glimpse into how he says years of experience have reshaped his approach to marriage and companionship.
