Web Desk: Veteran Pakistani actress Javeria Saud has revealed that her children strongly object to her using photo filters on social media, often leading to minor arguments at home.

In a recent interview covering various aspects of showbiz and personal life, the senior actress addressed modern beauty trends. Responding to a query, Javeria noted that young girls today are deeply influenced by Bollywood figures such as Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, and Kajol. She observed that many make extensive efforts to alter their appearance to mirror these celebrities.

Turning to her personal experience, Javeria shared how her own children react to digital enhancements. Whenever she applies filters to her pictures, her children express disapproval and urge her to stop. “My kids question me, asking if I am not satisfied with God’s creation, and wonder why I need to use filters at all,” she said.

The actress humorously added that her children go so far as to delete photo-filtering applications directly from her mobile phone. However, she confessed that she quietly redownloads the apps behind their backs.
