Web Desk: Pakistan’s motorcycle brand Sothassi has introduced its Classic 400 model in the local market, setting an introductory ex-factory price of Rs. 845,000 as it moves to compete in the country’s growing premium motorcycle segment.

The company announced the pricing through its official social media platforms and confirmed that bookings for the new motorcycle have opened. However, Sothassi has yet to disclose the booking fee, delivery schedule or additional purchase details.

The newly launched motorcycle is designed for riders seeking an upgrade from conventional commuter bikes while remaining below the higher price range of large-capacity motorcycles.

The Classic 400 comes with a 397cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that delivers a claimed 29 horsepower. The bike uses a carburetor-based fuel system and includes an electric start mechanism along with front and rear disc brakes.

Its design follows a retro roadster theme, featuring a round headlamp, twin exhausts and an upright riding posture aimed at combining traditional styling with everyday usability.

The Classic 400 becomes the first model from Sothassi’s newly introduced motorcycle range to receive an official price tag in Pakistan.

The company had previously showcased the Classic 400 alongside two other models, the Crossfire 500 and Cromwell 1200. Pricing and booking information for those motorcycles have not yet been announced.

Sothassi’s entry comes as Pakistan’s motorcycle market gradually expands beyond basic commuter models, with increasing interest among consumers for higher-powered and lifestyle-oriented bikes.

Although bookings are now available, Sothassi has not provided a confirmed timeline for customer deliveries or announced details regarding warranty coverage and dealership distribution.

The company is expected to release further information on specifications, after-sales support and availability as it moves closer to delivering the Classic 400 to customers.

With its first officially priced model, Sothassi is positioning itself in Pakistan’s emerging premium motorcycle category, competing for buyers looking for a blend of performance, distinctive design and affordability.
