Web Desk: An online application inquiry feature has been introduced for applicants registered for Hajj 2027, enabling them to check the current status of their applications online.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs has launched a major update to its Hajj Digital System to facilitate intending pilgrims. Under the new digital system, individuals registered for the Hajj cycle from 2027 to 2030 can now check the status of their applications online from the comfort of their homes. The new feature has been developed by the National Information Technology Board (NITB) with the primary objective of making the entire Hajj process simpler and more transparent.
With this new facility, both individual applicants and those who applied as part of a group will no longer need to visit government offices or banks to obtain information. Instead, they can access their application details directly through the Hajj portal quickly and conveniently.
Officials from the Ministry of Religious Affairs said the update is aimed at improving digital services for Hajj applicants. The new system allows users not only to track the progress of their applications but also to view important Hajj-related updates online, eliminating reliance on manual paperwork and follow-up procedures.
The government expects that this modern feature will make the Hajj registration process more efficient, convenient, and user-friendly for thousands of intending pilgrims, while enabling people living in remote areas to monitor their Hajj application status easily through their mobile phones or computers.
