Several lucky prize bond holders have become millionaires following the latest draws held in Peshawar and Muzaffarabad.
According to a private TV channel, the results of the Rs25,000 and Rs40,000 prize bond draws conducted by the National Savings organisation, operating under the Ministry of Finance, have been officially released.
The lucky draws, held on Wednesday in Peshawar and Muzaffarabad, produced multiple winners of multi-million rupee prizes, while hundreds of participants secured prizes worth hundreds of thousands of rupees.
The draw for the Rs40,000 Premium Prize Bond was conducted in Muzaffarabad. Bond number 810678 won the first prize of Rs80 million.
Three bond numbers — 159467, 855955, and 954286 — won the second prize of Rs30 million each.
In addition, 660 winners secured the third prize of Rs500,000 each. The complete list of successful bond numbers has also been released by National Savings.
The results for the Rs25,000 prize bond draw have also been announced, with numerous bondholders becoming entitled to prizes ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions of rupees.
Prize bonds remain one of Pakistan’s most popular savings means, giving investors the opportunity to win huge cash prizes through periodic draws while retaining the capital amount of their investment.
