Mominah Iqbal has once again come into the spotlight of the Pakistani drama industry.

Recently, after getting married, her husband Hamza Habib held a press conference and made important revelations regarding his wife, while also levelling serious allegations against former MPA Saqib Chaddar.

Hamza Habib said that Saqib Chaddar tried to stop their marriage by making allegations about Mominah Iqbal’s character. He said that Chaddar personally contacted him and tried to talk him into backing out of the marriage, but he rejected all his claims.

He further said that when he did not accept these allegations, an FIR was registered against him. He said that his name was not included in the FIR, but only his phone number was used, which he called an unethical act.

Hamza Habib said that Mominah is his wife and his “red line,” and anyone who speaks about her character will have to face consequences. He also said that unknown people contacted them and allegedly offered money in exchange for statements against Mominah.

Mominah Iqbal’s sister and lawyer Ramsha Iqbal were also present at the press conference, while the legal team said that action regarding harassment of the actress is ongoing.

It is worth noting that Mominah Iqbal and Hamza Habib got married on May 23, 2026, while their wedding celebrations are expected on June 1.
