Fake reports of Pakistanis deportation from UAE

Ministry of Interior has taken notice of speculative reporting in sections of media especially social media about targeted deportations of Pakistani nationals from brotherly Islamic country of UAE.

According to the Ministry all such reports are part of the propaganda campaign of a particular segment which are aimed to create anarchy and unrest in the country, working and promoting enemies’ designs.

The officials strongly condemned propaganda reports against the interest of the state and owed punitive measures against such elements.

It was reiterated that no country or sect specific deportations from any country including UAE are being carried out. Deportations if any are a routine process in line with the host country regulations and legal system, violations of their laws and overstay / illegal documentation.

At the same time Pakistani nationals, having fulfilled host country visa and work-based requirements continue to visit / access work visas in UAE and other friendly countries without any restrictions and difficulties.

Further it was made clear that any issue or access with any Pakistani national is always taken up on case-to-case basis with the concerned country through established foreign office channels.

The ministry urged the public to strongly discourage such elements and not to pay any heed to such vicious and propagandist elements whose sole purpose is to work against the interest of the countryt.

The citizens were further suggested to rely on ministry verified notifications and news in such sensitive matters in order to avoid panic and disruption.
