The schedule of the final match between Peshawar Zalmi and Hyderabad Kings Men in the 11th season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL 11) has been changed on administrative grounds.

According to media reports, the league management decided to adjust the start time of the final match in order to make the closing ceremony more colorful and engaging for fans.

Under the revised schedule, the final will now begin at 8:00 PM, while the toss between both captains will be held at 7:30 PM.

Closing ceremony and fan guidelines

The tournament management stated that a grand closing ceremony will be held before the match, featuring performances by well-known artists to entertain the audience.

A special advisory has been issued for spectators, asking them to take their seats by 6:00 PM to avoid crowding or disruption during the ceremony and to ensure the match starts on time.

PSL 11 final excitement

The 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League is nearing its conclusion with thrilling matches throughout the season. The final is considered the biggest event of the tournament, and the PCB and league organizers traditionally make it memorable with special ceremonies.

In the past as well, minor changes in timing were made to accommodate broadcasting rights and global viewers.

Impact of schedule change

The main purpose of shifting the match to prime time is to maximize viewership on television and enhance the in-stadium experience.

However, starting at 8:00 PM may introduce dew (night moisture factor), which could influence the game and the decision of the toss-winning captain.

The 6:00 PM arrival instruction is meant to ensure proper security checks and crowd management for a smooth and uninterrupted high-profile final.
