According to initial reports, the drone allegedly targeted the Era View Tower, causing panic in the surrounding area. Footage circulating online appears to show the drone impacting the building, followed by an explosion. Security forces quickly responded to the incident and cordoned off the affected area to assess damage and ensure public safety.
In a separate development, the Iranian Embassy in Islamabad stated that following what it described as U.S. and Israeli aggression against Iran, at least 201 people have reportedly been killed and 747 injured so far.
A spokesperson for the Iranian Red Crescent Society said the figures reflect the current situation and that injured individuals are receiving treatment at various medical facilities. Emergency response teams are active in affected regions, providing immediate medical assistance and support.
Iranian authorities said civilian areas have also suffered damage due to the strikes, adding that rescue and assessment operations are ongoing. A full evaluation of losses and updated casualty figures will be released later.
