Glenn Maxwell quits IPL, decides to play in PSL

Lahore: Pakistan Super League franchise Hyderabad Kings Men has signed Australian explosive batter Glenn Maxwell for PSL Season 11.


The international star, who recently bid farewell to the Indian Premier League, has decided to play in the Pakistan Super League and will now feature in PSL 11 representing Hyderabad Kings Men.


Confirming the signing, the franchise announced that Maxwell will be part of their squad for the upcoming season.


In his statement, Glenn Maxwell said he is excited to play in the Pakistan Super League and represent Hyderabad. He added that he has always received great love from Pakistan and considers it an honor to represent the Hyderabad team.

Maxwell has held numerous international batting records over his career. After scoring 104 against India ,Maxwell became the second Australian to have scored centries in all three International crickets formats. Alongside Rohit Sharma, he holds the record for the most career T20 centuries—both having scored 5.
