Major development has emerged in the case of the mother and daughter who died after falling into a manhole in Bhatti Gate.
The District Court Lahore has ordered the release of five arrested accused on the basis of reconciliation. The court approved the accused’s bail applications under the settlement.
The complainant stated that they did not wish to take any further action against the accused and had no objection to their acquittal or discharge from the case.
The case was heard by Judicial Magistrate Shafqat Abbas. The case was registered by Bhatti Gate Police Station, and the accused included Salman Yaseen, Usman Yaseen, Ahmed Nawaz, along with two others.
