QUETTA: SHO Latif Khosa of Bagh Nari Levies Station in Kech district, Balochistan, embraced martyrdom during an attack by Fitna al Hindustan militants. His courage and sacrifice have been hailed as a shining example of bravery and commitment to duty.
The martyred officer’s son, who has also joined the police force, vowed to continue his father’s mission of serving the nation.
“My father was a man of great character and a devoted police officer,” he said, adding that he is determined to follow in his father’s footsteps. “I am proud of my father, and all of Balochistan salutes his sacrifice.”
Authorities and locals have condemned the attackers, saying that the so-called “freedom movement” promoted by anti-Pakistan elements is not a struggle of the Baloch people but a campaign run by terrorist groups acting on the directives of hostile foreign powers.
