Saudi Arabia plans world’s first ‘Sky Stadium’

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia has unveiled plans to build the world’s first ‘Sky Stadium’ in its futuristic NEOM city.

According to Arab media reports, the unique sports venue will be constructed 350 meters above ground and is expected to be completed by 2032. The stadium could also host matches during the 2034 FIFA World Cup, for which Saudi Arabia is a leading contender.

The facility will have a seating capacity of 46,000 spectators, offering a one-of-a-kind viewing experience. Videos and images of the stadium’s futuristic design have already gone viral on social media, drawing global attention to the ambitious project.
