In London, Information Minister Atta Tarar told Azaad Digital that Pakistan has scored a major diplomatic success.

He pointed to the recent high-profile visit to Saudi Arabia, during which Pakistan and Saudi Arabia signed a landmark defence pact, as clear evidence of Pakistan’s growing stature on the global stage.

According to him, the agreement reflects a deepening of strategic ties between the two nations and highlights the international community’s increasing recognition of Pakistan’s diplomatic and defence capabilities.

Tarar said the unprecedented welcome from the Royal Air Force and the green crescent lit across Riyadh reflected deep respect towards Pakistan.

Islamabad also illuminated key buildings to celebrate the moment.

He called the outcome a blessing and said the declaration lays out a clear path for stronger partnership grounded in brotherhood and shared security.

Tarar credited a united team for the turnaround, led by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, with Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and senior officials playing key roles.

He said Pakistan has moved from a period of isolation to one of active engagements.

According to him, the country is fielding outreach from multiple capitals, including calls from President Trump and messages from China.

He said global leaders now see Pakistan’s political and military leadership as serious and focused on national interest.

Tarar praised the incumbent national spirit as Pakistan enters a new phase of confident diplomacy based on shared goals, multilateralism and regional stability.
