Leaders condemn strikes as violations of sovereignty and law
Senator Dar and Secretary General Taha agreed that attacks on a friendly state demand a clear and collective answer. They stressed that international rules exist to protect borders, civilians, and critical infrastructure.
Any breach must draw a firm diplomatic and legal response. Dar thanked the OIC chief for his constructive role in keeping member states aligned, noting that unity amplifies the moral and political strength of the Muslim world.
Call for a unified Pan-Islamic response with urgency
The two sides underlined the need for coordinated steps across capitals and multilateral forums. They discussed emergency consultations, common messaging, and faster information sharing.
Dar said a united front helps deter further escalation and protects regional partners. He added that Pakistan will continue to engage at the United Nations, the OIC, and other platforms to uphold international law and defend the rights of affected states.
Reaffirmed backing for Palestine and regional stability efforts
The meeting reaffirmed steadfast support for the Palestinian cause and the two-state framework under relevant UN resolutions.
Dar and Taha highlighted humanitarian priorities and de-escalation measures that reduce harm to civilians. They also emphasized long-term stability through dialogue, lawful conduct, and accountability.
