The law and order situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is deteriorating day by day, with terrorist activities continuing to increase. Meanwhile, instead of working with the police to formulate a strategy to restore peace and security in the province, the provincial government’s focus is on turning the police into its subordinate Tiger Force.
According to reports, the suicide bomber who blew himself at Darazinda Custom Check post was driving a Tractor trolley. As a result of this heinous attack more than 30 civilians have been injured who were shifted to hospital. 11 Shuhada are reported including 6 police, 2 customs, 2 women and a 2 year child.
According to reports, a civilian-populated area was once again targeted in the attack. The attacker targeted the Aman Mela Police Checkpoint.
It is an irony of the fact that KP govt is busy in weakening the moral of those who are fighting the FAK as front line soldiers. The CM KP is devising new ways to further depress the already terror-stricken Police force of the province.
Unlike previous govts, PTI during its two tenures confronted KP police in one way or the other to demoralize them instead of equipping them with state-of-the-art weapons and trainings. Against this other govts had done monumental work on making the force stronger by investing in their professionalism and modern terror fighting weapons.
