Punjab’s planning board announces 1,200 surveyor jobs

The Urban Unit of the Planning and Development Board Punjab has opened 1,200 short term surveyor jobs.

Minimum qualification is Intermediate from a recognised institution. Prior survey experience will be preferred. The hiring supports city projects that need rapid field data and mapping.

Interview schedule and locations for advertised surveyor jobs

In addition, walk in interviews will be held on 13 September 2025 from 10 am to 2 pm. Venues are Zila Council Halls across Punjab.

Cities include Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Chiniot, Faisalabad, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Jhang, Kasur, Layyah, and Mandi Bahauddin.

Additionally, Nankana, Narowal, Okara, Pakpattan, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Toba Tek Singh, Vehari, Rahim Yar Khan, Rajanpur, DG Khan, Muzaffargarh, Multan, Lahore, Gujranwala, Mianwali, Khushab, and others listed in the notice.

Whilst, candidates should reach the hall in their district within the stated time window and register on arrival.

Documents to bring and eligibility requirements

  1. Applicants must bring original CNIC, domicile, educational and experience certificates, with one set of photocopies and recent photographs.
  2. Government employees should appear through proper channel.
  3. Only walk in interviews will be conducted; applications by post or email are not accepted.
  4. No TA or DA is admissible. T
  5. he Urban Unit may increase or decrease posts or cancel the process at any stage.

Furthermore, the opportunity suits Intermediate pass candidates who can work in the field and meet daily targets. Moreover, selected surveyors will support evidence based planning by collecting accurate on ground information for urban services and development.
