Security Forces foil Dhader police station attack, terrorists forced to retreat

Terrorists attack in Kachhi district Balochistan

In the Dhader area of Kachhi district, Balochistan, 15 to 20 terrorists attacked the Dhader police station. The police station is located approximately 4 km from the Dhader Circuit House and 6 km from the Bolan Wire (152 Air Defence Battalion Headquarters).


During the attack, police personnel responded immediately according to their capacity. Considering the situation, two counter-terrorism teams under the leadership of the unit commander of the 152 Air Defence Regiment carried out an effective operation.


Due to the timely and effective response of the 152 Air Defence unit, the terrorists were forced to retreat. While fleeing, the escaping terrorists were also targeted through VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) support.


According to reports, 3 to 4 terrorists were killed, while some bodies were taken away by the terrorists. One terrorist’s body, along with weapons, was recovered. Additionally, 2 to 3 injured terrorists were also taken away while escaping.


On the security side, one police officer was martyred and four others were injured, who were immediately shifted to CMH Sibi for treatment.

Following the incident, search and sanitization operations are ongoing in the area, and effective blockades have been established on possible escape routes.


Nearby medical facilities are also being monitored to track any movement of injured terrorists. Furthermore, joint exercises with the police will continue to further improve response capabilities, with positive results already being observed.
