According to reports, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz recently chaired an important meeting with provincial officials, during which commissioners and deputy commissioners were directed to ensure the installation of sewer covers and the construction of high-quality sewer lines across Punjab to improve public safety and prevent accidents.

The chief minister Punjab envisions 30 more Sahulat Bazaars by June 30, 2026, and the project will be expanded to every tehsil ,providing the citizens daily commodities at affordable prices.
