Islamabad is all set to welcome a special weekend celebrating the magic of Russian cinema, with four films scheduled to be displayed on screen at Cinepax, Centaurus Mall, on August 29 and 30.
The event is designed to give audiences an opportunity to experience Russian storytelling on the big screen, with a chunk of films featuring engaging and interesting stories, memorable characters with multiple themes.
The event will start on August 29 at 6pm with Baby and The Golden Key: A New Pinocchio Story. The screenings will also continue on August 30 at 6pm with Angels of Ladoga and Chebi 2: My Fluffy Friend.
The film selection is specially chosen different age groups, with Chebi 2 rated 6+, while the other three films aresuited for 16+.
The screenings are offered free of cost, with tickets available from the Cinepax box office. All four films will be displayed in Russian with English subtitles, allowing spectators to enjoy the original language while following the stories easily.
