Advisor to Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah has warned of stern if Sohail Afridi becomes an obstacle, saying that action will be taken at all costs and that obstacle will be removed.
During a talk show on ARY News Rana Sanaullah said that PTI fugitives will not be allowed to disrupt the peace and law and order situation in the country. He said that no one has any right to rob a common man of his bread by creating impediments for daily workers of the country.
Rana Sanaullah categorically said that PTI and Fitna-al-Khawarij are the two sides of one coin. He said that one thing has become crystal clear that PTI is supporting Fitna al-Khawarij, the TTP, and sympathising with them. Otherwise, even ten people would not dare to gather in the Lakki Marwat area for fear of a suicide attack. It is a strong hold area of Khawarij, and even small gatherings are not allowed owing to security reasons. In such situation PTI’s long march from Laki Marwat without fear of terror activity sends a clear signal that they have close affinity with Khawarij and that they have been assured of pursuing their ill designs without any fear.
Rana Sanaullah said the government would continue its operations against terrorism and would not allow anyone to obstruct state action.
Earlier Defence Minister Khawaja Asif had also said that the PTI founder brought terrorism to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and was the biggest supporter of settling terrorists in the province.
He said terrorism was brought to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by the PTI founder, adding that speeches in the provincial assembly and media records were evidence of this. He said he could even debate the matter with him on television.
He alleged that the leadership in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa loots government resources itself and also gives a share to terrorists in the form of extortion payments.
“You are partners of terrorists, and your hands are also stained with the blood being shed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,” Khawaja Asif said, adding that the nation would hold them accountable, as would God.

Concerns have emerged that Fitna-ul-Khawarij terrorists may have joined convoys departing from various areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the cover of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s long march.
According to sources, terrorists belonging to several formations of Fitna-ul-Khawarij have infiltrated PTI convoys in disguise from the areas of Makeen, South Waziristan and Malakand. The terrorists may carry out attacks by taking cover among crowds gathered at different locations.
Sources said that crowded places and law enforcement personnel deployed on duty could be targeted by the terrorists. Political gatherings could also be targeted to create unrest.
