Youtuber Rajab Butt has landed in Islamabad airport as he was in London for the last few months. According to the report, Rajab Butt will appear before the Islamabad High Court (IHC) today.

The UK government deported Rajab Butt after cancelling his visa. Some media reports said that the UK government didn’t deport him, but his lawyer suggested that he come back and face the charges against him in court.

However, facing legal cases is not a new thing for Butt as in September this year, National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) filed a case against him for promoting illegal betting apps.

Another prominent influencer and TikToker, Nadeem (Nani Wala), was also booked by the NCCIA in the same case. Other than that, he was also arrested in a fake number plate case. However, both the influencers will surrender before the IHC on December 10 (today).

The United Kingdom deported Pakistani YouTuber Rajab Butt on Tuesday after revoking his visa over undisclosed legal cases, according to sources based in UK.

Visa Cancelled Over Undeclared Cases

Authorities ordered Butt to leave UK after investigators found he had failed to disclose pending cases against him when applying for his visa, which was valid until 2027. Officials said the omission constituted a key violation of British immigration rules.

Investigation Triggered by Anonymous Complaints

The action followed an inquiry launched several days earlier when MI-16 detained Rajab Butt and fellow YouTuber Nadeem Naniwala. The detention stemmed from anonymous complaints alleging links to terrorism-related activities. Both men were cleared of any ties during the investigation.

Home Office Scrutiny Uncovers Violations

Although Naniwala, a British national, was released, the Home Office began reviewing Butt’s immigration documents. During this scrutiny, authorities discovered the undeclared active cases. Pakistani institutions had already conveyed this information to UK officials.

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday approved a 10-day protective bail for YouTubers and TikTokers Rajab Butt and Nadeem Nani Wala.

Justice Inam Amin Minhas heard the petition filed by the two social media personalities seeking protective bail in cases registered against them.
