PM,President extend Eid greetings

Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated across the country across the country with religious zeal and spirit. On this special occasion President Asif Ali Zardari and PM Shehbaz Sharif etended their greetings and wishes to the entire nation.

President Asif Ali Zardari said in his statement that on this day, we should also renew our commitment to national unity, constitutional supremacy, and adherence to the rule of law.


Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated that even on Eid, our hearts remain saddened for Gaza and the Middle East. Their suffering is a reminder that there is a strong need for greater unity within the Muslim Ummah.


In addition, the Pakistan Army also extended Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to the nation.


According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the chiefs of the armed forces expressed their best wishes for the people of Pakistan.


The ISPR statement further said that prayers are offered for Eid to bring peace and prosperity to Pakistan and the Muslim Ummah. Eid teaches us the values of unity, compassion, and gratitude, while soldiers of the Pakistan Army remain engaged in the defense of the homeland even on Eid day.
