Islamabad: A western weather system is forming over the western parts of Northern Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the Meteorological Department, under the influence of this system, the following areas may experience strong winds, thunderstorms, and rainfall in the next 3 to 6 hours:
Northern Balochistan: Quetta, Loralai, Sibi, Ziarat, Chaman, Pishin, Qila Abdullah, Qila Saifullah, Barkhan, Musa Khel, Zhob, and surrounding areas.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Waziristan, Dera Ismail Khan, Orakzai, Khyber, Mohmand, Bajaur, Tank, Lakki Marwat, Bannu, Karak, Hangu, Kohat, Charsadda, Swabi, Kurram, Peshawar, Nowshera, Mardan, Buner, Malakand, Kohistan, Shangla, Kalam, Swat, Dir, Chitral.
Kashmir and Pothohar Region: Mianwali, Talagang, Attock, Bhakkar, Sargodha, Chakwal, and surrounding areas.
Some locations may also experience hail, lightning, and thunderstorms. Citizens are advised to take precautionary measures during this weather and stay updated with the latest information.
