These facilities match what is offered at main branch offices.
The counter provides full access to digital services, including the Pak-ID mobile app.
Staff are trained to cut waiting times and handle urgent requests.
Moreover, special attention is being given to senior citizens and persons with disabilities.
The aim is simple: faster help at the airport, fewer trips to city offices.
The upgrade is part of a wider federal drive to support overseas Pakistanis.
Along with representatives from 13 departments are being posted at airport facilitation desks nationwide.
Earlier this year, NADRA also launched online birth and death registration through the Pak-ID app.
Citizens can submit data to union councils without visiting local offices.
For travelers, the change means key documents can be fixed before boarding.
For families abroad, it means smoother paperwork on short visits.
The move supports the government’s “Digital Pakistan” goals.
It brings services closer to people who need them most, right where their journey starts or ends.
