Pakistan has struck the strategic nerve centre of Afghan military, a major military compound in Pul-e-Charkhi, on the eastern edge of Kabul, according to claims top Geolocation review analyst.
According to a video aired by Pakistani media and shared by security sources shows two powerful explosions in the Afghan capital, reportedly after Pakistani airstrikes.
Open-source analysts say the footage points to a major military compound in Pul-e-Charkhi, on the eastern edge of Kabul. The site lies next to the busy Kabul–Nangarhar highway. The area is known for housing one of the largest military facilities in the capital.
According to initial assessment by a top geolocation review analyst, the strikes hit long, hangar-style buildings inside the compound. The first blast appears in the northern section. The second impact is visible on the southeastern side of the facility.
The reported coordinates of the two impact sites are 34.561032, 69.367823 and 34.564363, 69.369704.
There is no official word yet from Islamabad or Kabul. Both sides have remained silent on possible casualties or the extent of damage. Independent verification is also awaited.
Tensions between Pakistan and Afghanistan have remained high in recent months. Islamabad has repeatedly raised concerns over militant sanctuaries across the border. Afghan authorities, in past statements, denied allowing their soil for attacks against any country.
