Mohsin Naqvi, Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced the schedule for Pakistan Super League (PSL) 11th edition.

In New York, speaking at the PSL roadshow, Naqvi confirmed that the 11th season of PSL will begin on March 26, 2026, and will conclude on May 3, 2026.

According to Naqvi boosting morale plays a key role in rewarding players. He further added that PSL management and PCB are working in close coordination to strengthen Pakistan cricket.

The commercial value of PSL was also highlighted by Naqvi. According to him immense cricketing talent is possessed by Pakistan and that PSL investors continue to receive strong returns.

PSL this season also did its first-ever road show in New York, United States. Former Pakistani stars and current national players were brought under one roof through this roadshow.

The gathering was addressed by former Captain Wasim Akram. He said that PSL is growing by a collective effort. According to him the league is creating opportunities from emerging local players and is consistently entertaining fans.

PSL has been gaining a lot of attention this season before it has even started. Firstly it was Wasim Akram’s comments on IPL being needlessly long.

The second reason for which PSL has been garnering attention is due to two international players Moeen Ali and Faf du Plessis preferring to play in PSL rather than IPL.

In the roadshow six members of Pakistan’s national team also took part. The players included Abrar Ahmed, Salman Ali Agha, Saim Ayub, Faheem Ashraf, Saud Shakeel and Shan Masood.

PSL Chief Executive Officer Salman Naseer, with former PCB chairman Ramiz Raja were also present on stage during the event.
