The Magnum Ice Cream Company Pakistan Limited (Magnum Pakistan) has officially incorporated in Pakistan, ushering in a new phase for the country’s frozen dessert and ice cream industry.

The incorporation follows the global spin-off of the Magnum Ice Cream Company from the Unilever Group earlier this year, a move that created the world’s largest ice cream company.

Magnum Pakistan leads the country’s frozen dessert and ice cream market and remains a household name for millions of consumers. The ice cream division has served Pakistani customers for nearly three decades, and its separation from Unilever Pakistan is expected to enable greater focus and stronger dedication to the category.

With a diverse product portfolio catering to every occasion and celebration—from indulgent brands like Magnum to family favourites such as Cornetto and Wall’s—the company has outlined ambitious growth plans to further expand and strengthen its presence in Pakistan.

To achieve these goals, The Magnum Ice Cream Company Netherlands B.V., the company’s global headquarters, plans to invest in expanding manufacturing capacity, strengthening cold-chain infrastructure, and enhancing digital capabilities in Pakistan. The investment is also expected to create more jobs in the coming years, reinforcing the company’s commitment to economic growth and sustainability.

Calling the development a landmark achievement, Kayhan Zenginoglu, Country General Manager Magnum Pakistan, said the incorporation marks a milestone for the company. He said Magnum Pakistan aims to lead the frozen desserts and ice cream category through bold innovation, world-class quality, and a strong understanding of local consumers, adding that the launch will help the company deliver more quality moments and happiness to Pakistani consumers.

The company currently produces millions of litres of ice cream annually and expects a further boost in production in the coming months. Building on this base, Magnum Pakistan plans to accelerate growth through premium offerings, deeper market penetration, and improved consumer experiences.

As it enters this new phase, Magnum Pakistan reaffirmed its commitment to delivering happiness, indulgence, and quality moments to consumers nationwide.
