Quetta: Inspector General (IG) of Balochistan Police, Muhammad Tahir, accompanied by DIG Quetta Imran Shaukat, visited the frontline of the ongoing Shaban Operation, where they met police personnel deployed in the field, commended their high morale, and paid tribute to their bravery and sacrifices.
Speaking to the troops, the IG said security forces are continuing operations against Fitna al-Khawarij with full determination and that the campaign will continue until the last terrorist is eliminated. He reaffirmed that there would be no compromise on peace and vowed that anti-peace elements would be defeated at all costs.
Muhammad Tahir said the Balochistan Police takes immense pride in its martyrs and stressed that their sacrifices would never go in vain. He also praised the dedication, professionalism, and courage of the personnel and prayed for their success and safety.
The IG further stated that security forces are steadily advancing and tightening the noose around those seeking to sabotage peace in Balochistan. He emphasized that there would be no leniency for enemies of peace and that the mission to restore lasting peace would continue with full force until every militant threat is eliminated.
