G7 intervention criticised, Iran releases shocking proof of Israel’s violent actions

⏱ 2 minute read

Web Desk: The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that peaceful protests in Iran were turned violent by Zionist-backed terrorists between January 8 and 10. During this period, both protesters and security forces were attacked. Iran claims it has undeniable evidence of Israel’s role in the violence, while statements from U.S. and Israeli officials encouraged the unrest.

Iran emphasised that it respects citizens’ right to peaceful protest and follows constitutional protections for civil rights. The government said it takes full responsibility for protecting citizens and maintaining security. It also vowed to defend national security against terrorism backed by foreign powers.

The ministry criticised the G7 for issuing statements on Iran’s internal affairs, calling them interventionist. Iran accused the G7, led by the U.S., of applying double standards under the guise of human rights. The ministry pointed out that G7 countries themselves have violated human rights.

Iran also condemned the G7 for supporting Israel in committing atrocities against the Palestinian people. According to Tehran, G7 nations have no moral authority to lecture anyone on human rights. The Iranian government said the Iranian people will not forget civilian casualties caused by Israeli attacks in 2025.

The ministry called on the G7 to stop interfering in Iran’s internal matters and lift illegal sanctions. It also warned against using human rights as a political tool. Iran said encouraging violence and terrorism in the name of human rights is completely unacceptable. Iran stressed that it will continue to uphold law, order, and citizen protection while holding foreign powers accountable for any attempts to incite unrest within the country.
