All tickets to the much anticipated Pakistan-India clash in the T20 World Cup on February 15 at Colombo’s R. Premadasa Stadium are sold out while airplane tickets to Colombo have also been jacked up.
Pakistan and India’s cricket teams will face each other in the T20 World Cup on February 15 at Colombo’s R. Premadasa Stadium. As always, there is enormous excitement among fans for this match.
The level of interest can be gauged from the fact that all stadium tickets have already been sold out, and airlines have increased ticket prices.
Both teams had already been in international headlines before the start of the World Cup due to Pakistan initially refusing to play against India over the Bangladesh issue. However, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh cricket boards, along with the International Cricket Council (ICC), later persuaded Pakistan to play the match against India.
Fans are showing intense interest in purchasing tickets for the match. However, the R. Premadasa Stadium has a capacity of only 28,000 spectators.
All tickets released on the ICC website have already been sold out.
