Hyderabad: A powerful explosion at a fireworks factory in Latif Abad, Hyderabad Sector 10, claimed the lives of five people and left seven others injured, authorities reported. The blast occurred close to the factory premises, intensifying concerns over safety standards in the area.

Government Orders Immediate Action


Sindh’s Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah quickly demanded a full report on the incident and ordered a complete audit of safety measures at the factory. Officials said strict action would be taken against those found responsible for negligence.

Rescue teams and local authorities rushed to the scene following the explosion. The Chief Minister emphasized the need for accountability and pledged thorough investigations to prevent such accidents in the future.
