AirSial has announced walk-in interviews for new cabin crew on Wednesday in Lahore. The airline is expanding its team to support growing operations on domestic and international routes.

Selected candidates will ensure passenger safety, deliver in-flight service, and represent the brand with professionalism.

Interview schedule, venue details, and appearance guidelines

Interviews will run from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Avari Hotel, Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Garhi Shahu, Lahore.

Applicants must arrive in business attire and be prepared for document checks and a short interaction round.

The roles are Lahore-based, and successful candidates will join AirSial’s cabin crew pool for upcoming schedules.

Eligibility, skills, and documents required from applicants

Minimum education is Intermediate or A-Level. The drive is open to female candidates aged 18–25, with a minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches and weight proportionate to BMI.

AirSial is seeking strong communicators with fluent English and Urdu, confident interpersonal skills, and grooming standards suited to aviation.

Required documents include original CNIC with one photocopy, one passport-size colour photo, an updated resume, and copies of Matric and Intermediate/A-Level certificates.

Candidates should review their credentials in advance to speed up processing on the day.

Salary, training, and growth at a growing airline

The starting salary is PKR 100,000 per month, with additional benefits and perks. New hires will receive professional training focused on safety, service quality, and brand standards, creating a clear pathway for career growth within the airline.
