Afghan’s leading news network Tolo exposes Taliban lies

Afghan media validate Pakistan strikes

A report by Afghanistan International has confirmed that Pakistan’s recent actions targeted only military installations of the Afghan Taliban, with multiple sources providing details that clarify the situation.

According to Pakistani sources cited by Afghanistan International, the strikes carried out on Monday night in Kabul targeted a camp of militants associated with “Fitna al-Khawarij” and the Taliban, located to the right of Camp Phoenix. The operation was described as precise and directed at specific targets.

The report further stated that following the strikes, the Taliban themselves set fire to a drug rehabilitation center. While the Taliban claimed that a hospital was destroyed in the bombing, images published later showed the hospital’s signboard intact, with fire visible inside the building.

The Taliban also alleged that hundreds were killed in an attack on a rehabilitation hospital for drug addicts. However, they failed to provide photographic evidence even of 20 bodies, raising serious questions about the credibility of their claims.

Additionally, a video released by the Taliban’s media wing featured an injured individual who stated that Pakistani aircraft struck targets approximately 200 meters away from the drug rehabilitation clinic.

Based on these details, the report challenges the Taliban’s narrative and suggests that their claims regarding civilian casualties are misleading and unsubstantiated.
