Renowned Pakistani martial artist Irfan Mehsud has set another Guinness World Record by performing 38 complete one-hand punches in one minute while carrying a 10-kilogram weight.
Guinness World Records has officially confirmed Irfan Mehsud’s achievement. According to the certificate issued, he set this record on March 19, 2026, in Dera Ismail Khan.
Speaking to the media, Irfan Mehsud said Guinness World Records had set a target of 30 punches; however, he surpassed the set target by performing 38 punches in one minute and setting a new world record.
Irfan Mehsud said that this achievement was the result of hard training, continuous hard work and complete focus.
The martial artist has previously set several world records. In the push-up category alone, the number of his world records has reached 70, which is said to be the highest number in this discipline worldwide.
Irfan Mehsud has also set various world records with weights of 100, 80, 60 and 40 pounds. He has broken the records of athletes from more than 20 countries, including the United States, India and Germany, bringing recognition to Pakistan at the international level.
